Pay weekly
Rent is due at the start of each week. A week runs 7 days from the day you pick up the EV.

Your deposit is held for the rental period and refunded within 5 working days after the car is returned in good condition.

You charge the EV yourself at our 24/7 Magadi Road hub. Electricity is KSh 45 per kWh — no petrol surprises.

Cab rentals start at 6 days. Extensions are easy — just let us know before your week ends.

Petrol cab

What do I need to rent an EV for Uber or Bolt in Nairobi?+
Bring your original National ID, a valid driving licence, and a passport-size photo or clear selfie. You must also have an active Uber, Bolt or Little Cab driver account and a smartphone with the driver app installed.
How much is the deposit and what are the daily rates?+
Deposits range from KSh 25,000 to KSh 100,000 depending on the EV. A higher deposit gives a lower daily rate. Each car card shows the exact deposit-to-daily rate breakdown.
Can I pay weekly instead of daily?+
Yes. Most drivers pay weekly. Weekly terms are simple: rent is due at the start of each week, and your refundable deposit is held until the car is returned in good condition.
Where do I charge the EV?+
Our flagship charging hub is at Roadflex Carwash on Magadi Road, open 24 hours every day. It supports both GBT and CCS2 connectors, so every EV in the fleet can charge there.
Can I rent without a deposit?+
Yes. If the full deposit is difficult, you can pay 2 days upfront at the standard daily rate and rent without a deposit.
How long does approval take?+
Applications are reviewed within 24 hours. Once approved, you come to our Magadi Road office, sign the agreement and collect the EV the same day.
